Eligibility for Returns: You have a 30-day window from the date of item receipt to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note, return shipping labels are not provided by us.

Cancellation of Orders: Cancellation requests for orders can only be accommodated within the initial 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be processed.

Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours, we'll send you an email confirming receipt. You'll subsequently be informed whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified period.
